Higher cal, nutrient dense, healthy snacks?

I am on a very strict diet - not to lose weight atm, but to make sure I get in 1800 cals a day at least because I am breastfeeding and if I do not eat enough, my son doesn't eat well either.. I am a vegetarian (No meat/fish, eggs and dairy are ok) and I am having trouble some days.. I eat 3 meals, and am still at like 1200-1500 cals. Can someone give me a good idea of some really nutrient dense, healthy snacks that are higher in calorie? Like, example - yogurt.

Nuts, seeds and dried fruit are good, so making things like trail mix or fruit and nut slice/ seed biscuits is good
Try juicing your own fruit and making smoothies, add cheese to your dishes and healthy fats like avocado and olive oil or peanut butter.
I would also suggest eating more meals/snacks. Maybe some protein powder0 -
Nuts, olive oil, avocoda, bananas, and eggs are all full of protein and good fats and will easily make your calories much higher. I weight out my nuts and do 20g walnuts 20g cashew nuts and some raisins as a snack and thats 340 calories right there in a few mouthfuls! Ive read up some body builders who want to gain weight who put olive oil, protein powder and oatmeal in a blender and make a great calorie dense smoothie. coconut milk and almond milk tend to have high calorie count also0

My favourite snack is an apple sliced up and drizzled with 1 tbsp almond butter - divine and keeps the hunger monster at bay for a couple of hours!0

Thanks! I def want to find some snacks, because most days I am having to eat 4-5 meals just to get my cals in. Id rather have some snacks, but the only snacks I have here are hubby's junk and I don't want to add cals with oreos or something, I'd prefer yogurt or nuts or something healthy.0

And I do protein powder - I usually do 1 scoop and make it into a pancake, and I use fruit instead of syrup. Sometimes, I use PB instead of the fruit to add cals, but it depends on if I am in the mood for PB.0

If you're at the point where you're feeling full and don't want to eat - make a point of drinking your calories. Full fat milk, nut milks, smoothies (into which you could add tons of extra nutrients) and protein shakes could be a way past the psychological barrier of eating more.0

Since you don't eat oily fish and breast feeding - pumpkin seeds and dried fruit, hard cheese and fresh fruit, omega-enriched hardboiled eggs and cherry tomatoes, bacon and avocado. If you are struggling to hit your calorie intake I'd be concerned you are not getting enough omega-3s, are you taking a marine algae supplement or taking a load of ground flax seeds?0

Np, i don't take any suppliments at all, and I don't eat flax seeds. And lol, bacon and avocado, I don't eat meat. I eat a lot of fresh fruits, but they are so low cal that I was looking for some more high calorie but healthy things. My sister suggested yogurt (especially greek bc it has a lot of protein) granola, nuts, stuff like that.0
