Using pills does not keep the weight off, you may lose some but if your not eating right or excerising the weight will come right back on. The key to success is to change your lifestyle.. eating healthy is the first start, adding excerise is the key to maintain and lose. Good luck0

"Quick Trim"
There's an oxymoron if I ever heard one. If it sounds too good to be true, that's because IT IS!
Please do it the right way, the way that will keep your body going and going and help you enjoy life for the next 50+ years!0 -

I understand that. That is why I stated I know pills are bad for you and everything. I know exactly what I need to do. I just wanted to know if anyone has ever used Quick trim. Thanks though:)0 -
I won't lie, I've been on MFP for a while doing it the healthy way and I've been pretty successful at losing some weight but I have always wondered about Quick Trim. I think Kim K has a beautiful body and wether or not QT really worked for her we'll never know since she's endorsing it. But I would really really really like to know if anyone used this and had success with it?0

I've tried it before (recently) and couldn't tell if it made any additional difference or not... I used it in conjuction with a better diet and exercise. I don't think that diet pills will magically work alone, but personally, I think that taking something like that often has a placebo effect, if anything, that motivates me even more. I am currently taking a diet supplement called Resveratrol..... I'm not sure how it is helping, but I actually read about this supplement in an article about the benefits in a recent Fitness magazine (It was an actual article, not an advertisment!)0
