Allergic reaction?

This recently started happening. Every morning i eat yogurt & my nose runs.
is this an allergic reaction?
this never happens. also I eat yogurt at lunch & my nose DOES NOT run.
weird huh? thoughts on this?

    It could be unrelated to the yogurt. It could just be part of the process of waking up and getting vertical. Being vertical after sleeping all night allows the drainage process to begin. It also could be the temperature of the cold yogurt in your warm body.

    If you don't react to it later in the day, it's unlikelyto be a real allergy. But I would definitely keep and eye on it, and note your response to other dairy products.

    Not to yoghurt no: could be rhinitis, worst time for many is in the morning. Mine reacts to dust mites, when was the last time you had a brand new duvet and pillows, boil washed the bed linen and steam cleaned the mattress and carpets, including under the bed? My mother reacts to changes in temperature and spicy food, there are many possible triggers and they are not all allergic by any means.

    well im sure its fine. its not going to stop me from eating yogurt, whatever it is.
