Juicer LEAKS now!

I've had my Feel Good Live Well Juicer for maybe 3 weeks now.. And just yesterday, I was juicing some strawberries and for the first time it started leaking out the sides! NO juice coming out the spout, it all just came out the sides and wasted most in not all of the juice.. I looked inside, and it all seem kinda just be pulpy mess.. Usually the pulp is dry, no problem what so ever, this just starting yesterday.
I looked up what could be the problem, and it came down it not being sealed right, (which I make sure it's sealed, there's a button in the side that locks it before you can even power it on), and an un-clean clogged filter. The filter was clean, I clean it before and after use and when I discovered it was leaking so bad, it was on a very clean filter of course!
So now I have no idea what the problem is!
Anyone have this happen to them?
