Ballet Beautiful and cardio

Hi I'm starting Ballet Beautiful Body today. I got it at Target yesterday.I tried it out last night and it BURNS!! I thought I had gained some strength from Ripped in 30 but this is killer...should I combine cardio with this? I haven't been eating and exercising properly these past 2 weeks and I'm now +5 pounds and I have a bigger lower belly pooch. :( I'm 5'2 and 109. "YOU AREN'T FAT" yes I know I'm not but please believe me when I say that I DO have excess fat. I've been called "another teenager with unrealistic goals." Really. My back has has gotten worse it was better when I finished RI30 and now it "folds"when I bend over again. What cardio should I do? Treadmill? I do "Treadmill Shredmill" up to 30 minutes. Please look it up if you don't know! ^^ Is this DVD going to get rid of the belly pooch? Also how long will it take to get a flat stomach if my waist currently 28 inches?! (From somewhat unhealthy eating these past 2 weeks)

    I wish I could give you solid advice, but I'm not knowledgeable enough...but hey, thanks for the Treadmill Shredmill suggestion! I've been printing out workouts like a fool and can't wait to try them! The ballet workout sounds awesome, and I would combine with cardio on off days, but I'm no expert...
