    You are the same height as me and you are at my goal weight! (Im starting at 141). Can I ask how many cals you eat a day? You look absolutely lovely!

    Your numbers are similar to my starting weight and target weight. How long did it take you to lose the weight? What were your diet and exercise plan like? Congratulations by the way! Looking forward to the pictures

    yeah, you were at my starting weight too and similar height. i'm not sure yet what my goal weight will be. that sounds good though. curious to see it.

    You have to resize them so that they're not wider than 600 or something like that
  • anyways to the people asking me how i did it...
    basically i changed my eating habits.

    i cut out all greasy fatty fried food and high calorie foods like candy.
    i started eating a healthy and clean diet.
    i also hike everyday now.
    i used to never eat breakfast and now its somthing i cannot go without doing.
    i keep myself busy so that i dont just snack all day.
    i have also gotten into the habit of eating healthy that i dont even crave those bad foods anymore!
    its amazing

  • well first i started at the lowest possible. 1200 cals a day.. but i barely exercised.
    i have now upped my calories since i dont need to lose & since i hike and burn 600 cals while doing so.
    ill eat anywhere from 1400-1900 calories now.

    but really..calorie intake depends on the person and how active they are. i would only suggest 1200 cals to lose weight if you are not active.
