problem areas

I still have quite a bit to get to my ultimate goal. I am currently at 219.8lbs losing about 48 lbs so far. The exercises that I do now are stationary bike 10 miles and ab lounger everyday. I also have a weight machine and use it every other day. I am looking for some exercises that will target my lower stomach and the flab on my upper arms. I am starting to see muscle in my arms, but still have that annoying flap on the bottom of my arms. Does anyone know what if any exercises I can add to my routine to target just these areas?

Unfortunately it's not possible to target fat loss with certain exercises. You can target muscles for growth, but fat will just come off wherever your body is ready to let it go from. You just have to keep losing fat with a calorie deficit (through diet and additionally exercise) and hope that it eventually comes off where you want it to.

Looking at your profile ticker, you still have some weight to lose. The good news about that is that some of that weight is bound to come off from your problem areas. Just have to be patient. :flowerforyou:
