IN NEED OF NEW HEALTHY FRIENDS & MOTIVATION THIS NEW YR!!!

Hey Guy and Gals! :happy:
Just a NYC chick here who was once on a healthy journey but got EXTREMELY sidetracked by dating (guys sure like to hit a lot of restaurants, huh?:flowerforyou: ), happy hour with friends (I mean who can resist a good well drink and shot at a discount?! :drinker: ), and uber convient and processed foods. I am now looking to get back on track to a better me.
So here are some fun facts about lil ol' me:
- Recently got a personal trainer at my gym (Synergy) : Train with him 2/wk
- Workout solo 2-3/wk (mainly cardio)
- Current weight : 160 lbs, Goal weight: 125 lbs (a lean, mean, sexy machine )
- Goals: lose weight, get lean, and have great definition. I don't want to look masculine, I want to look healthy and fit!
Been looking all over the internet, majority of it being YouTube, for inspiration and ideas (e.g. counting macros, figure modeling, food meal ideas, etc.). It's just all getting a bit overwhelming. I've realized that it's great to rely on yourself but it's braver to admit when you need help...and I NEED HELP FROM YOU GUYS!!! I need to know other real people are working through this daily too. Plus it would hold me accountable to post as often as possible.
So what do ya say? Bring in this new year with a new friend? :glasses:
