Ladies, join my weight loss challenge group!!

Hello Ladies! I wanted to see if you can be apart of my weight loss challenge called, "Lose Um to Freak Um." It is an 18 week program, that starts TODAY! First, take a before picture of yourself. Every Sunday, I will update my blog with exercise and food challenges. This week, no fast food and do 100 jumping jacks before the next upcoming Sunday. The challenge will be over on May 11th, right before my 28th birthday. Then, you put on your "freak um" dress and take your after pic. I have a few of my friends in the group, but I wanted to open it up for all of my fitness pal friends.

I admit, I have fell off of the wagon, so I lost all of my friends, so this give me a chance to lose weight and regain some "ride or die" MFP friends!!
