I have been using the program for a few weeks and just now updated my profile.
About Me
I am happily married to my beloved “hcghousewife”. We live in Plano, TX. I work as an instructor for a medical products company and Dodi is a housewife.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I have lost weight in the past and know that if I stick to one plan long enough it works. I desire to lose weight for a host of reason. The major reason I want to drop weight is to lower my blood pressure. I was not really concerned about being overweight until my blood pressure went into the “RED ZONE” for hypertension.
My Inspirations
I believe that Dodi and I can be our own inspiration for losing weight. I know that I can, because I did it before. I know that Dodi can because she has done it before as well. Every day I need to be reminded that I really want to be healthier.
I have decided to stick with this plan for the next 12 months. I have tried other plans and they all work and I lose weight with them, but I always quit and never stay with it long enough. My goal is to get my Blood pressure into the “green zone” and keep it there consistently. I have been faithfully logging my diary for the past four days and my pressure is now in the yellow!
I am looking for friends to keep me accountable for the next year.
Hopefully there are some in the North Dallas Plano area.
