Sugar and Fat

I know that staying within your calories are important, but what role does sugar and fat play into you losing weight?

    Weight comes down to calories, period. You eat less than you burn and you lose weight. Health, on the other hand, is very different and proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, etc. are very important. So, you can eat crap and still lose weight. But remember, that old saying still holds true: "You are what you eat."
