A month into it!!

Well, I've tried things like this before.....logging calories, exercising...and it never lasted more than a week. When I found this website I thought I would give it a try and be positive! Actually I have found to love this website!! I may not log in every single day (like weekends) but I do maintain my exercising and watch what I eat then. This is the longest stretch for me to do this type of thing but I think it's because almost every single food item has been in the database which is great. I would generally get discouraged when I couldn't find the calories for a food item, but this database is great. If the item isn't in there by chance, I can always find something really close to it. I love your site and I can't wait to reach my goal. 12 pounds down my first month!!!! Thanks!!!:bigsmile:
