Hello to everyone

Hope everyone has an amazing new years!! This is my first time on this website and i really want to loose 15lbs in the new year. I have always been physically fit and even ran 2 half marathons. The last year and a half i have totally stopped running and working out because of being lazy. I know thats not an excuse but that is the plane and simple truth, so for 2013 i am going to enter some races and lose some weight. Heres to 2013 and a healthy new start!!!

    thats great... I'd like to do a half one day.. maybe that shoud be my goal before I move... do the disney princess one half.. before I move from Florida.. is it doable from beginner in 3 months?
