Making me sick! Help!

    After my pregnancy I couldn't take the birth control pill without being nauseous. Exercise would make it worse. I only tried two different pills and have used a different method ever since.

    Also, with hormone Induced nausea (I just made that phrase up) an empty stomach and/or not enough fluids only makes the nausea worse.
