12 Weeks till Spring Break.

In December 2011 I joined MFP hoping to look my best by Spring Break which I would be spending in Mexico with my boyfriend. I lost 7 lbs from Dember to March. I now have lost a total of 20 lbs.
Now it's 12 weeks till Spring Break again. I plan on looking even better this time. This Spring Break my boyfriend and a group of friends are going to Panama City Beach, Florida. A number of us visited there 4 years before with my boyfriend's parents.
So, now I've got to get to work. I'm holding myself accountable for everything I eat and working out hard. I have been doing Insanity, and my own combination of cardio moves since it's too damn cold to run. I haven't been doing Insanity everyday or by the schedule because I sometimes do my own workouts. I'm not looking to make any new investments during this time, I want to use the materials I already have. I don't think I have very much fat left to lose, mostly in my belly, which will be lost through strict diet.
What workouts/exercise moves do you believe work well? What foods do you absolutely avoid? I want to get me some abs!:glasses:
