I just did 3 hours of heavy duty spring cleaning (walls, cupboards, shelves, behind stove etc.) can I count that as general aerobic excercise?

Definitely! Raking my yard and shoveling snow is the best exercise I've ever gotten.0

There are 2 cleaning exercises, "mild" and "intense" lol
Remember that, because of height, weight, gender, fitness level, etc, the MFP generated number might not be 100% accurate. Best way to know how much you really burn is a heart rate monitor. I'm not quite to the point where I want to know every last calorie burned... but it's an option, if you'd like to know.0
