1200 calorie eating 40% P, 40% Carbs, 30% Fat Menus

Looking for anyone's "menu" that eats like this for ideas. I have never eaten this much fat or protein and am wondering how to do it! I really want to eat only "clean" foods. I don't like drinking a lot of my calories, but do have some egg white protein powder mix to make some low-cal smoothies. Thanks, in advance!
