Hey everyone!
I am new here. I live an active lifestyle, with a pretty physically demanding job, although I do love relaxing on the couch at night! I am mainly here to learn about nutrition and gain motivation to start cooking. I am really good at throwing together a salad or microwaving a healthy choice meal, but it's time for me to really cook!
I do want to drop about 7-10 lbs. I am not overweight, but I do experience some occasional knee pain from a running injury and a little less weight may help (according to the doc!) I love running, that's my main exercise, I try to do some free weights/strength training and biking too. I'd love to help motivate people to run, if you can help me learn to cook
