breaky...I LOVE bacon, eggs and beans (hate sausages).

I can eat it EVERY single morning (especially in winter), but I need a substitute, I like hot because I'm always cold in winter so hot is nice...but I need it healthy before I clog up my arteries and cholesterol hits the roof. (we could also try steer away from the porridge idea)

please ?

darn just realised I messed up the title...that's is going to frustrate me all night now ! substitute*

  • I eat egg whites on weight watchers or body wise bread with ketchup and or cheese many mornings. Or egg white omelettes. I enjoy a hot breakfast too.
  • Quick and easy HOT breakfast in under 10 minutes and under 200 calories.

I eat a serving of south western egg beaters with turkey sausage crumbles. 2 slices of sara lee 45 calorie wheat bread on the side.

Jimmy Dean turkey crumbles are pre-cooked and 1/4 cups is only 35 calories.

Egg beaters south western style is about 35 calories per table spoon, and since it is cholesterol free and in a carton without shells=win win.

Scramble or in an omelette with salsa instead of bread.

Turkey bacon is the bomb. But, really, I don't see anything wrong with your breakfast. I'm not sure what you're worried about?
