lipotropics pills

I did a search for lipotropics but basically only came up with info about the injections. I was wondering if anyone just took vitamin B12 and did it have the same effect... what pills, products, or foods contain enough B12 to have the same effect as the injections. I'm interested because I take arthritis medicine and it tends to make me drowsy, not to mention my arthritis im generally tired and sore and just not in the mood to exercise after being on my feet all day... I know i have to work through all these effects in order to get results but it would be nice to have a natural boost and im wondering if b-12 would do that... please let me know your experiences thank you.
