I Want to Lose 30 LBS! Any Helps or Tips!

This is my first time ever looking else where for support on my weight loss journey. I want to lose 30lbs. I know it wont be a hop skip and a jump, BUT I KNOW IT CAN BE DONE! Does Anyone have any tips, Ideas, or workouts they can recommend. I would love to lose the 30lbs within 2-3 months. I am a full time mom and Never really able to get out, so I rely on at home activities to keep me active. I was thinking about doing Zumba at home. I'm not really into weight lifting for heavy duty workouts. I have energy and like to move. Anything with Dancing, Moving, Kicks and Punches! Also any tasty & healthy Recipes?? I can sometimes (almost always be a picky Eater) I mainly eat, sauteed, broiled or baked chicken, sometime beef. I want to try bake (boneless) fish. I Like few veggies, Raw: Carrots, broccoli. also potatoes, spinach, corn. Any good recipes? Even willing to try some new things! Any help is truly appreciated! Thanks for being a part of my journey =)
