hey everyone born and raised in san antonio, but the Navy has moved me to the west coast in Everett, Washington. but my heart is still home with my wife and kids though. spent most of my life on the southside of san antonio off of 35 and military behind the mayan palace. im getting used to the MFP being in my life and i think im going to stick with it. helps me track my macros and once i get back into the gym will help me even more. please feel free to add me as a friend, we all need the support, and i would gladly help motivate anyone. have a wonderfull new year.
