What's going on? first time posting to the community here, I've been using this site since mid-Sept and find it very useful in helping me watch what I fuel myself with. I started exercising again back in August and since that time I've taken off 35 lbs, In July I believe I was around 242 lbs, so I'm feeling much better. My wife underwent Lap-band in Nov and has taken off 30+ lbs. With the changes in her dietary needs and lifestyle I knew it would be beneficial if I too took on some of the changes as well. And I can say it has helped. We took a 7 week learn to exercise course at a local health club and now we're members. I recently started reading the book "Eat to Live" and find it very informational and I'm looking forward to 2013 and being healthier than I have ever been. It freaked my wife out when she saw me eating raw tomatoes and cauliflower, something I would not have previously done before reading the book. Has anyone else read it? what did you think about it, did you make any of the changes? Some of the transformational pictures :noway: are amazing, imho. :
