Fish Oil Calories

I have recently started adding my supplements to my food diary. Besides the fish oil, I take Evening Primrose Oil and Vitamin E.
Three times a day each. Now with those added in, my fat calories exceed the goal. I do not eat fried, or fattty foods generally, but I like my avocado , nuts, and sunflower seeds, and some peanut butter. All in moderation mind you, but I do wonder about the fat calories being in the red on a daily basis. Should I be concerned? Should I avoid the foods with fats? I don't want to. These are popular supplements I am sure many of you are taking. Is it ok that number gos into the red everyday??

Like sugar, MFP doesn't distinguish between the good and bad. Many people here stopped tracking sugar because fruits and veggies are high in natural sugar and are good for you compared to processed sugar. Same for the fats. The fats from nuts and supplements are good fats but are lumped together iwth the bad fats so you'll almost always be over. But your body processes them in different ways so I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks. I kinda expected that's the case, but I did want some affirmation. Appreciate it!
