Weight lifting exercises to blast back fat? Upper/lower

The two best exercises you can do are fork putdowns and table pushaways. As you already know, you can't spot reduce. You also can't exercise fat....it has no contractile ability, it just lays there. Exercising the muscles beneath the fat will strengthen the area, but won't do one single thing to make the fat go away. Calorie deficit is the only way to get rid of the fat.

Cardio up and what get fit diva said. Seated rows would be good as well.0

Since you really can't target that area it's hard to, but lots of cardio and rowing does help to get those bras fitting better and looking smoother. Best of luck to you0
