Job change - activity level?

My job has recently changed, and I don't quite know what my activity level will be now.
I work 39 hours per week in a Supermarket. I'm always on my feet (except for my breaks).
I spend 2 days per week re-stocking the shelves. Pulling heavy roll cages around etc. The other 3 days I spend walking around the department gathering products which are out of date, or going out of date... I basically walk in a circle for 8 hours.
I am not sure whether I'd be Lightly Active - or the one above?
The lightly active is for Teacher / salesman etc. Whereas the one above is more for Mailman / Waitress.
I need to get it right as there are 200 calories per day difference. Shall I just choose the Lightly Active one?
