This is a good lunch... its for fish lovers but you can take out the salmon and its still a good salad or substitute it for tuna canned chicken or turkey:flowerforyou:

1/4 cup Pacific crest Wild Alaskan Salmon (110 calories)
3 outer leaves of a romaine lettuce head (14 calories)
1/4 large carrot shredded (7 calories)
1 large celery stalk (9 calories)
3 sweet gherkins (baby pickles) (30 calories)
A couple squirts of lemon juice (a tsp or less) (1 calorie)
1/2 a plum tomato (6 calories)
2 Tbsp Kraft (Free) Ranch dressing (50 calories

this may sound weird but i add 1 Tbsp of water to the ranch and mix it really well to get a little more for the same calories

This totals out to be
227 calories
26 carbs
7 grams of fat
14 grams of protein

I love any kind of salad and fish with Galeos dressings. The taste is amazing and the stats pack so much flavor without doing any damage:

    Calories 14 / Total Fat 1g /Sodium 56mg /Total Carbohydrate 0.5g .

Finially I can eat a marinade and or dressing that tastes great without killing my carb and or sodium. When I am in the mood for Chinese food it completely fills my craving. I just add alittle chinese mustard to some shrimp and cabbage with the Miso Ginger and Wasabi dressing and I don't binge on Take out!!
