So I guess that isn't entirely accurate...it's a partial scale victory, haha!
When I started all of this, I was 187.6 lbs. The first week, I lost 1. Then I gained 2.4. I wasn't TOO worried because I knew I'd been gaining muscle. So I decided to add body measurements to my weigh days. In the past week, I have lost 1.6 lbs. I am only0.2 lbs under my SW. However!! Inthe past week, I lost a total of 5.25 inches over my whole body. 1.5 inches was from my stomach alone. 2.5 inches from my hips. 1 inch from my waist. The rest are .5 inch loss or less. In the past two sees, I've lost a total of 7.25 inches. Since I started, I've lost .5 inch in my neck, 1 inch in my waist, .75 in my hips, .5 in my bust, .5 in left thigh, .5 in right thigh, .25 in right calf, 3 inches in my stomach (so excited!!!), and .5 in my left bicep. A total of 7.25 inches. Pretty proud of myself this morning!!
