I am pretty new to this site and its tools but I am curious--how accurate is the weight loss predictor/calculator in terms of the time frame in which you reach your goal weight? I do realize that there are other factors that play a role in determining the outcome but just wondering if you are consistently on target with your calories and exercise if I can be hopeful to see my goal weight in the length of time it predicts?!!!

I have been pretty spot on with my calories and exercise and I have my calories set to lose 2 lb/wk and I am not losing that....maybe 1-1.5 lb/wk. Hope this helps.0

I agree with Hailey. Mine seems to swing within 1.5 lbs off every week too! It doesn't matter so long as we're losing.
I'm still happy with the results!

Thanks. I thought it might be a little bit optimistic but as long as I'm losing, I'm happy!!!0
