Finding time is difficult

Does anyone else find it really hard to find the time to exercise?
I'm a single mom, though we're in the process of moving in with the boyfriend as we speak. I have a 4:45 am wake up call in order to make it into work by 6am. I get home most days at 4pm. In addition to finding time to make dinner, I have school one night a week, Girl Scouts several times a month and several other non-profit/volunteer meetings a month.
I've been trying to get a 30 minute work out in during my lunch break, but that is also difficult to do when I have usually used that time for running errands like grocery shopping and the like.
Has anyone here struggled with getting support from the family in having a 30 minute break out session of an evening where you can have no responsibilities and get your work outs in?
I would really like to find the time at home where dishes and laundry didn't supercide my workout and I can actually use my wii fit training thing that I bought.
