Need suggestions for healthy foods to eat when working out.

Need healthy foods to eat when teaching several exercise classes in a day . I do have time for a break - about an hour to eat something nutritious that will help me through my day

  • One of my lunch favorites is a multi-grain sandwich with chicken or turkey breast, roasted vegetables, jalapenos if you like spice, L&T or any other veggie topings you like, and a vinaigrette dressing. It gives the carbs for energy, lean protein to help rebuild muscle and keep you feeling full.

    Maybe something easy to digest - a light oily fish like salmon or trout, brown basmati rice or sweet potato, some roasted vegetables?
