does the resturant have a website? maybe you can look up the meals on an online menu... you might just have to take a hit on this one- start fresh tomorrow. good luck0

Try chicken pakora and the spinach could have been a fritter - Palak Bhaji0

I was going to respond to your earlier message, but I wasn't sure what was the best food to order. I was initially going to suggest tandori chicken or chicken pakora.
I believe you had chicken pakora and vegetable pakora. Mmmmmmmm they usually have onion and spinach battered and deep fried0 -
that sucks! now i made it a goal to not eat anything unless i know how many calories it is. Indian is very high in calories and fat because of the sauce, but it's okay...tommorow is a new day and we only continue to move forward
wish you a happy and healthy weightloss

Both are in the data base...... you will have to find the Palak Bhaji under Bhaji0

Lukily it was just 1 appitizer of each while at a networking event. I classified them under snack I did not eat a meal there. but really to not eat there would have come across as rude so how could i not.0 -
Ms. MJ,
Are you planning on eating anything more tonight? If not, then savor the fact that you enjoyed dinner immensely, and schedule an extra 30 minutes of cardio for tomorrow just to be safe. If you are eating more, record it, and eat less that normal to account AND still add that extra cardio in. If you get used to the Pavlonian response of "Eat Unknown Foods = Extra Cardio", the unknown food conundrum goes away pretty quickly. Just be sure to hold yourself accountable tomorrow!!! Don't beat yourself up over it, and don't think things have to be perfect. Can't change what you ate now - hope it was absolutely delicious.

Wow! Ummm... I am not complaining about what I ate, I was just looking for the names so that I could add it to my diary. You can check out my diary, and please do so its public. I do appreciate the advice, however tonight that wasn't what I was looking for, but still thank you.
What I did have was only 1 of each, I had one chicken thing, 1 spinach thing, one samosa, and one potatoe cottage cheese thing, and still under my daily allowed calories.0
