    Thank you! I actually am going to run 1 in March! Here's hoping I make it and rescue squads don't need to help me finish lol!

    Oh my days! You could almost be my weight loss twin! lol I started on here at 220 - was higher before though, and I'm 31, 5'4" and corrently weigh 165 ish - I'm aiming to get 1/2 stone off at a time, and I dont run either! I did a sponsored run at the end of November and ran 5k - which is about 3miles I think - and that took me 40 mins! lol

    Anyway, good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey! :-) 2013 is MY year too! keep going, you're doing fantastically well!! x
