calories burned at work.

Hi, I bartend about four nights a week in a martini bar and some nights I am shaking martini's for 5 hours straight. Other than work I am pretty sedentary (I know I know I'm working on it) so I don't want to change my activity level on here. Should I add the calories burnt at work into my daily log or not? In general I burn about 1000 calories at work. Thanks

I wouldn't if you plan on eating them back. How do you know you burn 1000 calories?0

I found an activity calculator with bartending on it and entered my stats. I try to only eat back no more than half the calories burnt to keep up a deficit of 500-7500
