    your story is so inspiring thank you for sharing it. I plan on taking 1 yr to do my wt loss thing. I am 10 lbs into a 50-60 lb total loss journey. 4 mo so far. Not a speedy wabbit but I have my difficulties. At least I know this 10 lb is staying off. Happy New Year:bigsmile:

    Slow and steady is the best way to lose weight...I did 40 lbs in a year and that was perfect for me. Don't give up, you can do it!
