This pic was taken in September of 2012. I don't ever take pictures of myself and no one ever takes pictures of me either. This was after a 9/11 Heroes 5K race. I won first place in my age group. It was a great day. I use it as inspiration to get fast again. I have had a knee surgery and a broken foot since then.0
