Low-Carb, High-Carb Keto MFPers?

I do a low-carb, high-fat ketogenic diet with a Paleo-ish emphasis and was wondering if anyone here in the MFP universe does the same or would like support in doing it themselves? I've had great success with it in both losing and maintaining the past few years, but would like to network with unconventional people doing such an unconventional diet. Thanks! :smile:

    Add me if you like. I've been low carb since June. I've tried a couple of times to reintroduce some carbs and fell flat on my face, stalled out and didn't lose again until I went back to low carb. I generally stay in ketosis even when I eat over 40 carbs some days. And I feel much better and find controlling my appetite much easier than it was before I went low carb.

    I plan on doing my own modified "ideal protien" style diet. Low carb lots of veggies (certain) and meat. This can be done and I can prove it! we can do this!!!!
