January - Ripped in 30 :)

Haven't worked out regularly in ages, and want to get back into it. Hoping I can stay accountable this time and get through it.

I plan on doing Ripped in 30 in January (not the diet plan though). I will be taking before pictures & starting tomorrow.

& for anyone who has done it before, what size weights should I use? I used to have 30 Day Shred but I lost it and couldn't find it. I think I used 3lb weights with it? but it didn't seem like enough. I have powerblock weights now so I have more choices.
