I'm willing to try anything!

I just started on this site. Other than a few OA meetings I've never been a very "social" in my weight loss, but I'm willing to try anything! Its lonely and difficult on this journey!

I've done this a few times before, and I always end up back here with a lot of weight to loose! I'm trying to loose 75 lbs right now, and I keep starting and stopping! I just can't seem to get it together to stay on a program for more than a month.

In general I've always stuck to lower carb diets that emphasized lean protein and whole grains (like South Beach) but it's gotten a lot more difficult to loose weight, both physically AND mentally since I entered my 30's.

My food cravings are OUT of CONTROL, and even when I make it over the hump of cutting out sugar and lowering carbs I've destroyed all that hard work by cheating and then loosing momentum.

I hope this time it will be different! It has to be! I'm getting married in September and I'll be damned if I'm going to wear a plus sized dress!

Any suggestions for food plans? I hate weighing!
