Hello! I just found out I'm diabetic... So I'm trying to figure out the whole diet thing to keep my sugar down. I'm also hoping to lose weight and just get healthier.
The doctor told me losing just 30lbs would greatly improve things for me. So that is my Spring goal... I'd like to reach that goal by the end of May.
I also want to change my husband & son's eating habits as well. I don't want my son to be diabetic years from now.
I work full time plus I am a full time student so I don't have a lot of free time.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
