57 lbs July 31 to Dec 31

Using HCG, counting and recording calories, and moderate exersize. Recently started in MFP recomended by my friend Mike. Looks like a much easier way to track everything than using the notes section of my old blackberry. (Now using a Razr-maxx HD-It is awesome)

Looking forward to the MFP community and system.

On hold until Jan 14th. Then I want to finish things off and begin a permanent maintenance program. Started at 225, now 168 and holding plus or minus day to day.
