clean eating tips and help

I joined MFP after I joined a local gym. I have been working out five days a week(2 w dith personal trainer). I am surprised that my weight loss is low but my inches and clothes size show good changes. My trainer talks about clean eating; I don't think I do well with that and would like to add friends that eat well or clean so I can learn. Anyone who is open to sharing their food lo:happy: g would be great.

    Hi there and welcome to MFP!

    You'll find you'll get much better advice if you filled in a few more details about yourself on your home space. Also, you need to set your diary to public if you want any feedback on what you're eating.

    Clean - not out of a packet. A piece of meat from the butchers counter, real veggies etc.

    Just in time, there is a "clean eating" group, some are just kicking off on Friday, but anytime is good
