Any success stories with Tae Bo?

Hi! I've been using Tae Bo for almost two days now, and it really does work up a sweat!
It's the most fun I've ever had exercising I can safely say that. The plan is a 25 minute session,
6 days a week whilst consuming roughly around 1,320 calories!
I just want to know if this is an effective method or not, since I'm really enjoying it, and
other methods have simply bored me out of motivation!

Why do you think it might not be effective?
Good for you on finding something you enjoy - give it a month and see the difference. If you haven't already done so, take measurements now, and compare them at the end of the month.0 -

Absolutely. I went on My Fitness Pal in Jan 2013 after some of my staff at work starting talking about it.
In combination with a minimum of 5 days a week of Tae Bo (1 hour length sessions) I have lost 25 pounds. I wouldn't have been able to lose the weight without doing the Tae Bo.
I have been a runner for 30 years. My body has never transformed during those 30 years the way Tae Bo has transformed it over the past few months. In fact doing Tae Bo has been a great cross training for my running. I hadn't run in months as I enjoyed the benefits of the Tae Bo. When I did run, my cardio and legs were strong (not to mention I had 25 pounds less to carry on the run). I have about 6 DVD's at home. The toughest one so far has been Boot Camp Shred. I use 3 pound hand weights to increase the resistence. I never get bored of the routines (although sometimes I modify as some moves are just too fast). I have been doing Tae Bo for years. One word of caution, don't do the routines too fast if you are uncomfortable as you may strain your neck.
If you love it keep it up........you'll see the difference. Don't forget though you have to stick to your calorie goals on the plan to see the full benefit.
Keep it up!

PS - Forgot to mention the picture on my profile is when I started the program. I haven't posted the "after photo" yet but I will.0
