Hey just joined and i am looking for support and motivation to lose weight, i've described 2012 as a deep sleep, costing towards gaining weight however doing very little about it. I do know exactly what is required i just can't motivate myself. I have identified i am a comfort eater.
How are you. where do you feel your weight loss problem comes from? What are your goals tell me about where you want to be in 6 months time with your weight.
