    I guess it would be a little bitta baby duck at midnight. But if we want to go with what happened when I got up this morning ... I think the first bite was Royal Gala Apple dipped in Honey Greek Yogurt. Had that with my morning Brown Sugar and Raisin Oatmeal.

    I had a piece of dry white toast, one jimmy dean sausage patty, and 3 egg whites with vegetables and a laughing cow cheese wedge. My husband put carrots, celery, bell pepper and tomato in it. It was different than my norm but it was very healthy and quite tasty I might add. It was a little over 300 calories, so not bad at all. Tonight I am having a salad with basil vinagrette dressing and seafood consisting of crab meat, calamari, shrimp, and 2 different kinds of fish. Different as I mentioned before but healthy. No cheese because I don't want the unneeded calories!
