what to put it under?

i have just done start it up! from the slim in 6 program and was wondering what i put it under for the exercise tab?

    You would have to create your own exercise. I would put it under cardio. You will have to find a way to calculate how many calories your burned though. If you have a heart monitor that is the best way. Otherwise, there are websites to help you calculate calorie burns. Livestrong is one that I use from time to time.
