Journal your food

Hi Guys,

I wanted to drop a note in here and remind everyone, ESPECIALLY ME, how important it is to journal your food intake here on MY FITNESS PAL. I for one, just really need the accountability it brings.

I have been totally slippinging, not excercising or journaling my food and eating terribly.

I was doing so well, lost 17 pounds with MY FITNESS PAL and have found that now I have gained 10 pounds in 55 days over the holidays.

It's time to get back on track, really excited to start eating healthy again, and excercising.

Lets ROCK THIS OUT GUYS!
