How is everyone doing today?
What is your motivation today? What is your obstacle today? How can this group help you achieve your goals for today?
I am sleepy and feeling kind of unmotivated all the way around. Not in a bad mood or anything - would just rather go back to bed for rest of the day and sleep until I can't sleep anymore. Instead, as soon as I figure out how to get my email to send this work document (it's been having trouble lately), then I'm going to sit down and do some stretching. Nothing intense, no video... just simple stretches starting with the feet - point, flex, point flex, point flex.. and then I'll go from there. I need to try to do this daily and then get in a more intense workout later. My only motivator is sheer willpower. Something kind of new to me, quite frankly. How can our little group help today? Just be present and participate in your own goals. I am easily motivated by others (if they can do it, then so can I!!!). :-)

Yesterday in the afternoon, I was also really tired...then, I realized I was eating junk and it wasn't because I was hungry...so, I put the food away and took a short nap. Felt much better after and was able to do an hour of exercise. Your body is telling you something, so listen to it. Hope you perk up.0
