I'm starting over again. Only had 2 weeks off over Christmas after working out for 4 months, didn't think it was working but realise now that it must have been after having Christmas off, feel really unfit.

Hey Everyone! My name is Elizabeth. I am starting again this week trying to lose my last little bit of weight. I decided in the months of November and December to stop dieting, because of all of the eating and desserts. Let's just say that I regret it now because I gain weight during those months.0

Hi! My name is Kristie and i am restarting myself. I was 245 lbs last year. I lost about 40 lbs.... then my husband left. Turned to food as an emotional bandaid and gained it all back plus some. At 251 lbs today, i am spiritually and mentally healing from my divorce and am in perfect alignment to begin to work on myself physically. Im eating right, getting regular exercise and going to over eaters meetings once a week.
Its only been a couple of weeks, but i feel amazing!0 -
