New to MFP

I'm new to MFP -- so far it has really helped me to keep track of my exercise and eating habits. I am hoping to continue with the progress that I have made so far. I weighed in this morning and I have lost 10 lbs since February 1st -- so I am thrilled with that! I enjoy reading all of the posts on the message board and have really been motivated to keep working hard!

  • Way to go, keep up the good work! It's a struggle but the people on MFP really are supportive.
